"Shipping took forever"
The order itself was totally fine, no issues with what I bought, but the shipping felt like it dragged on forever. I kept checking the tracking while making coffee in the morning, and there were barely any updates for days. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, but I definitely expected it to get here faster

"Works with a few outfits"
I’ve worn it a couple times so far, mostly with casual stuff, and it’s fine for that. Not sure I’d reach for it for anything nicer, but for everyday outfits it does the job

"Sizing felt way off"
I ordered my usual size from Smash + Tess, but it showed up fitting a lot tighter than I expected. I even checked the size chart before buying, so that was kind of frustrating. The quality seems decent enough, but the fit was more like... I don’t know, just not what I’d call true to size. If you order, I’d probably size up. Dealing with the return was annoying, and while it wasn’t the worst experience, it definitely wasn’t great either

"Finally found one that works for my shape"
I really appreciated that they showed different body shapes instead of just one standard model. Reading between the lines, it made it a lot easier to figure out how it might actually fit me, not just how it looks in the photos. I ended up choosing the right size and it finally feels like it was made with my shape in mind

"Return process was really frustrating"
I tried to do an exchange and it took way longer than I expected. I’m still waiting on my refund too, which is annoying. Has anyone else had the same issue with returns taking forever?

I got this recently, or maybe it was last week, I can’t remember, but the pockets have been really handy so far. The zipper feels a little tight at first, or at least it did the first few times I used it, but overall it works better than I expected.

"Clean site, easy to browse"
I liked the look of Smash + Tess pretty much right away. It’s clean, not cluttered, and I didn’t have to dig around just to find what I was looking for. Isn’t that kind of the whole point of a good website?
The colors and layout feel modern without being overdone. Some parts are simple, but that worked for me. Why make things complicated when easy and straightforward does the job? It loaded fine on my end too, which is always a plus.

"Colors faded quickly"
It was okay overall, but the colors started fading faster than I expected. I’m kind of in a rush, but basically it did the job at first and just didn’t hold up that well.

For some reason, the print started fading after just two washes. I wasn’t expecting it to wear out that quickly, so it was annoying.

I got a tee from smashtess.com and, not gonna lie, I was kind of waiting for it to shrink after the first wash. You know how that goes. But I’ve washed it a few times now and it still fits the same, no awkward tightening or weird shape change. i’m happy with it.

"Actually fits if you're tall"
I ordered from smashtess.com and was surprised the tall fit was really tall, not just a regular shirt made wider. The sleeves and overall length worked well for me, which doesn’t happen that often. The material feels good too. Shipping took a few days, but nothing crazy and everything showed up fine.

I’ve ordered these a few times now, and the sizing has been spot on every time. It’s nice knowing I can pick my usual size and trust that it’ll fit right.

"Friendly nurses and helpful support"
I’m giving 4 stars because the nurses were super friendly and easy to talk to. They helped me feel a lot less nervous and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. The only thing I’d say is the wait time could be a little better, but overall it was a really good experience

"Actually fits well for once"
As a plus-size person, I’m always a little nervous ordering clothes online because sizing can be all over the place. This one worked out really well for me though. It fit my curves without feeling tight in the wrong areas, and it was comfortable enough to move around in. I’d say if you have a similar body shape, it’s definitely worth trying. I’m happy with it and would order again.

The fabric is really soft and comfortable, and I wear it all day. I did feel a little unsure after I paid because I wasn’t totally convinced it would be as good as advertised, but once it arrived, I was happy with it

"Really good for maternity things"
I was just trying to find a few comfy maternity pieces and ended up being pleasantly surprised. It was easy to browse around, the options actually looked wearable, and the sizing felt fair, which is always the thing I worry about most. Everything I ordered worked out well, so yeah, I’m happy with it.

"Comfy once I figured things out"
It feels really good on me and I can wear it all day without any rubbing or weird tight spots. My only annoyance was that the communication/details weren’t very clear upfront, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect. But comfort-wise, I’m happy with it.

I got my order from smashtess.com, i don’t really get why some people are so quick to judge before trying it. The material feels way better than I expected, soft, comfortable, and not cheap at all. I washed it too, and it held up just fine. I’m happy with it, no complaints here
